Rams

Rams CB Marcus Peters admitted that he hasn’t played very well the past few weeks, but believes he’s still a top cornerback in the league.

“If I wasn’t totally healthy, coach wouldn’t put me out there,” Peters said, via the Los Angeles Daily News. “I had a bad couple weeks and I’ll step up. I know I’m a top … corner in this league and I ain’t been playing like that. Put that on me.”

Seahawks

Seahawks HC Pete Carroll was asked about the possibility of bringing back DE Bruce Irvin, who was officially waived by the Raiders on Tuesday.

“We’re always watching the release lines and seeing what’s happening. Nothing specific about this one yet.” Carroll said, per Brady Henderson. “He’s a great kid. He’s a great kid. I’ve always loved Bruce. He’s been through a lot and it felt like we knew him well enough to draft him way back in the day when a lot of people had questions about him and he’s had a really good career.”
