NFL Cuts List Of Host Cities For 2019, 2020 Drafts Down To Five

Adam Schefter reports that the five finalists to host the 2019 or 2020 NFL draft include Cleveland/Canton, Tennessee, Kansas City, Denver, and Las Vegas.

According to Schefter, the winning city is expected to be announced at the spring meeting in May.

Other cities including New York, Los Angeles, Green Bay, Detroit and Jacksonville were hoping to host the increasingly popular event.

On Wednesday, reports surfaced that Fox will begin televising the NFL draft this year along with ESPN and the NFL Network.

The 2018 NFL Draft will be held on April 26-28 at AT&T Stadium, which happens to be the home of the Cowboys.

Last year, Philadelphia set the bar even higher for hosting the draft after 250,000 people attended the event, which happens to be an all-time record.

We’ll have more regarding who will host the 2019 or 2020 draft as the news is available.
