NFL Notes: 49ers, Bills, Dolphins, & Raiders


49ers CEO Jed York announced via his Twitter account downplayed the reports of issues between HC Jim Harbaugh and the team.

Omar Kelly reports that Dolphins DE Derrick Shelby was arrested at a Fort Lauderdale nightclub for “causing a disturbance.

“Derrick maintains his innocence,” said Shelby’s attorney, Daniel Rosenberg. “There’s a lot of conflicting information about his arrest.”

“We are aware of the reports regarding Derrick Shelby and are in the process of gathering information,” a Dolphins spokesman said.


  • Ian Rapoport reports that Jim Harbaugh is a name to watch for the Raiders head coaching job as they could offer the 49ers compensation in return for Harbaugh and he wouldn’t have to relocate.
