• RT Anthony Davis (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 4.
• TE Vernon Davis (ankle, knee) and TE Vance McDonald (knee) are listed as questionable for Week 4.

Chargers

• TE Antonio Gates (hamstring) is probable for Week 4.
• Rookie CB Jason Verrett (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 4.

Chiefs

• The Chiefs have RB Jamaal Charles (ankle) officially listed as probable for Week 4.

Panthers

• The Panthers protected themselves for injury when the signed OT Garry Williams to a one-year extension. (Brian McIntyre)
