49ers

  • The Deputy DA said that no charges filed were filed against DT Ray McDonald on Thursday and the investigation will continue. (Matt Barrows)

Packers

  • RB Eddie Lacy suffered a concussion during Thursday night’s loss to the Seahawks. He was seen sporting sunglasses in the locker room.
  • RT Bryan Bulaga suffered what appears to be a knee sprain, according HC Mike McCarthy.

Patriots

  • The Patriots are reportedly being cautious with QB Tom Brady, which is why he was held out of Thursday’s practice. His calf injury is not considered to be serious. (Shalise Manza Young)

Rams

HC Jeff Fisher confirmed that No. 2 overall pick Greg Robinson won’t start in this weekend’s game.

“We made the decision for the opener that we’re better off going with experience,’’ Fisher said, via the Joe Lyons St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “Doesn’t necessarily mean (Robinson) won’t play in the game, but we’re going to go with guys who have a lot of snaps under their belts.’’
