NFC Notes: Buccaneers, Cardinals, Seahawks

Buccaneers

  • Buccaneers WR DeSean Jackson (concussion, shoulder) and DE Jason Pierre-Paul (knee) both returned to practice on Thursday and put in limited sessions.
  • Pierre-Paul said Wednesday that his knee is “jacked up” and he’s unsure about his Week 2 status. (NFLTR)

Cardinals

Cardinals HC Steve Wilks said DE Markus Golden (ACL) “moved around well” on Wednesday. It was his first time practicing since Week 4 of last season.

I thought he moved around well. He was limited today, but he did some good things, particularly individual period, moving around,” said Wilks, via Josh Weinfuss.

Wilks added that Golden is currently “day-to-day” and does not want to “push him out there too soon.”

I want to make sure, again, that I don’t push him out there too soon because I don’t want him to have a setback,” Wilks said, via Weinfuss.
