NFL Notes: Adrian Peterson, Cowboys, Broncos, & Ravens

Adrian Peterson

Mike Garafolo reports that Adrian Peterson met with Vikings HC Mike Zimmer on Wednesday following Zimmer’s comments about Peterson playing for Minnesota or no one.

According to Garafolo, there’s still mutual respect between Peterson and Zimmer.

Peterson tried to clarify his position to have more guaranteed money added to his contract via his Twitter account.

Broncos

  • Broncos HC Gary Kubiak said they’ve considered leaving Chris Clark at right tackle, even after LT Ryan Clady sustained an ACL tear. (Troy Renck)
  • Second-round pick Ty Sambrailo played left tackle during Thursday’s OTA session along with Michael Schofield.

Cowboys

  • Cowboys signed fourth-round LB Damien Wilson to a four-year contract.

Ravens
