Bears

  • WR Reggie Wayne will not play in the Colts’ first preseason game agaisnt the Jets, but is expected to “see some action before Sept. 7.” (Mike Wells)

Eagles

Patriots

  • The Patriots showed “they were in a different class than Washington” during Monday’s practice, according to two NFL reporters/analysts. (Mike Reiss)
  • However, the Redskins edge rushers had the overall edge against the Patriots tackles on Monday. (Mike Reiss)
  • Marcus Cannon got work at both tackle position, despite playing right guard in a few of the team’s previous practices. (Mike Reiss)
