NFL Notes: Bears, Bengals, Giants, Jaguars, Packers, & Saints

 

Bears

• The worked out a number of players this week including: CB Derek Cox, WR Damian Williams, WR Lavelle Hawkins, WR Kyle Williams, CB Brandon Ghee and CB Derrick Martin. (Adam Caplan)

Bengals

• WR A.J. Green (toe) mentioned Friday that he “feels good” and plans to play this Weekend. (Geoff Hobson)

Giants

• The Giants are reportedly “acting as if rookie wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. doesn’t exist” in an attempt to lessen the pressure on him moving forward. (Jordan Raanan)
• OC Ben McAdoo mentioned that whatever they get from Beckham this season “will be a good bonus.” (Jordan Raanan)

Jaguars

• The Jaguars will start Sam Young at right tackle this week after they waived Cameron Bradfield a few days ago. (Ryan O’Halloran)

Packers

• The Packers are working TE Brandon Bostick back into the mix after missing a number of weeks with a fractured fibula. (Tom Silverstein)

Saints

• The Saints worked out ILB Jamar Chaney. (Adam Caplan)
