- WR Demaryius Thomas said that his unresolved contract situation has not had any impact on his slow start to the 2014 season.
“Nah, the contract is not part of it. The contract is going to work out by itself. I can’t really do nothing about it,” Thomas said, via Mark Kiszla of the Denver Post. “Either you play well or you don’t. There’s no dollar signs involved when I’m playing football. All I care about is winning. So when I can’t make the play, the reason I’m upset is I’m not helping the team win.”
Ravens
- OC Gary Kubiak mentioned that even though they lost Dennis Pitta for the season, he expects to their tight ends to be just as involved as before. (Aaron Wilson)

- The Steelers signed OLB James Harrison to the veteran’s minimum salary, but minus three games. Harrison will receive a $65,000 bonus, which means he can make $851,470 in total and will count $534,411 against the team’s cap. (Ed Bouchette)

- HC Bill O’Brien said that they expect RB Arian Foster (hamstring) to work out before Sunday’s game to determine his Week 4 status. (Dan Zangaro)
Vikings
- TE Kyle Rudolph undergo surgery on Tuesday and could be a candidate for short-term injured reserve, but HC Mike Zimmer said that’s “probably not” going to happen. (Matt Vensel)
