Bengals

  • Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Bengals first-round WR John Ross is expected to miss the team’s season opener and likely their Week 2 matchup as well.
  • However, Rapoport adds that Ross could “potentially” be back for their Week 3 game.

Bills

  • Sal Capaccio reports that the Bills were interested in signing RB Dare Ogunbowale and DT Eli Ankou before Ogunbowale signed on to the Texans’ practice squad and Ankou was claimed by the Jaguars.

Browns

Cowboys

Cowboys G Zack Martin admitted that “it’s a little disappointing” to table contract talks with the team until next year.

“Yeah, it’s a little disappointing,” Martin said, via the Dallas Morning News. But at the end of the day, it’s a business. We couldn’t come to an agreement, so that’s all right. I’m under contract. I can focus on football and get excited for the season and that’s the only thing on my mind.”
