Bengals

HC Marvin Lewis told reporters that he expects WR A.J. Green to play against the Titans this weekend.

“It’s just getting the range of motion back on that big toe,” said Green, via Richard Skinner of the Cincinnati Enquirer. “That’s the biggest thing, because I’m always on that. I feel good. I still have some treatment to do, but it’s getting better.“

Buccaneers

• Beat writer Rick Stroud tells Ross Tucker that “Bobby Rainey will start and not just because of Doug Martin‘s knee. Coaches really like him.“

Cowboys

• QB Tony Romo (back) is expected to practice on Thursday and be available for Sunday’s game. (Todd Archer)

Dolphins

• Damien Williams is expected to be the Dolphins back running back behind Lamar Miller this weekend. (Armando Salguero)

Jaguars

• WR Marqise Lee (hamstring) is not practicing again on Thursday. (Ryan O’Halloran)

Jets

HC Rex Ryan said he’s confident that WR Eric Decker and CB Dee Milliner will be able to play against the Bears this weekend, despite sustaining injuries last week.

“Both those guys, we’ll see how they progress,” Ryan said, via the Newark Star-Ledger. “We’re confident that they’ll be ready. We know they’re going to work to get out there. We’ll see how it goes during the week. But I should say I guess I’m hopeful that they’ll play.”

Packers

• HC Mike McCarthy said he regretted not getting RB Eddie Lacy more touches in Week 2’s game. (Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel)
