NFL Notes: Bengals, Eagles, Jaguars, Jets, Packers

Bengals

  • Coley Harvey of ESPN mentions that it appears as though TE Tyler Eifert will remain on injured reserve for the rest of the year as he has not practiced since Week 1.

Eagles

Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer writes that it would make little sense for impending free agent OLB Brandon Graham to sign a contract before testing the open market.

According to McLane, some have compared Graham to Vikings end Everson Griffen, who signed a five-year, $42.5 million contract with $19.5 million guaranteed back in March.

There is also chance that Graham could target a 4-3 team in free agency.

Jaguars

Jets

  • Jets DB Rontez Miles announced on Facebook Thursday night that he’ll miss the rest of the season after he suffered an injury during today’s practice. (Kristian Dyer)

Packers

  • RB Eddie Lacy irritated his left eye due to a contact lens. Lacy has had to practice with just one contact this week, but he still hopes to wear both of them for Sunday’s game. (Rob Demovsky)
