Cowboys

The Cowboys have signed British player Efe Obada to a contract, according NFLUK.com.

• Panthers waived G Derek Dennis and LB Horace Miller.

Saints

• Tony Pauline reports that Saints HC Sean Payton and executive Jeff Ireland were “gushing” over Miami WR Phillip Dorsett on Wednesday and plan to bring him in for a visit.
