Veteran WR Brandon Marshall mentioned on Twitter Friday that the Jets will be his last team.

“If I’m cut tomorrow. I’ll retire,” tweeted Marshall.

Broncos

• Newly signed WR Demaryius Thomas told reporters on Friday that he was “never going to miss a regular-season game“, even if he didn’t secure a long-term extension from the Broncos. (Mike Klis)

Falcons

• D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution writes that suspended Falcons president Rich McKay is now eligible to apply for reinstatement.
• The NFL handed down a suspension to McKay as part of the Falcons’ punishment for piping crowd noise into their stadiums during the 2013 and 2014 seasons.

Jaguars

• Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times Union mentions that the release of WR/KR Ace Sanders will leave their punt return job open for competition between Tandon Doss, Bryan Walters and Rashad Greene.
