Browns

• The Browns are paying WR Charles Johnson ($10,000) more than the normal practice squad salary. (Brian McIntyre)

• The Broncos are paying QB Zac Dysert ($10,000) more than the normal practice squad salary. (Brian McIntyre)

Buccaneers

• The Buccaneers are paying CB Brandon Dixon ($7,500) more than the normal practice squad salary. (Brian McIntyre)

Lions

• The Lions are paying OL Rodney Austin ($11,765) more than the normal practice squad salary. (Brian McIntyre)

Packers

• HC Mike McCarthy told reporters on Friday that RB Eddie Lacy has already passed the first step of his concussion protocol. (Rob Demovsky)
• McCarthy confirmed that Derek Sherrod would play right tackle if Bryan Bulaga is unable to play next week. (Tyler Dunne)

Ravens

• The Ravens are paying OLB John Simon ($10,000), CB Jamell Fleming ($6,500), and OL Ryan Jensen ($6,500) more than the normal practice squad salary. (Brian McIntyre)

Seahawks

• HC Pete Carroll announced that CB Jeremy Lane is expected to be out “a while” with groin injury. (Bob Condotta)
