I’m contemplating how does are team get better in all areas. And when we look at everything, is there someone out there who can do a better job to help us than me calling the plays, then that’s something we have to take a look at,” Koetter said, via Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times.

I’m in a good state of mind,” Doctson said, via John Keim of ESPN. “I definitely feel a difference. I was playing injured. It’s something I chose to do. With rest, it’s been significant for my recovery.

Regardless, Doctson does not regret playing but says starting the season on injured reserved could have changed this year’s outcome.

If I had started out [the season] on injured reserve, it could have changed the outcome of the season for me. But I don’t regret [playing].
