Browns

• Browns signed third-round pick RB Terrance West to a four-year contract.

Cardinals

• OT Bobby Massie is leading the competition to be the Cardinals’ starting right tackle and will enter training camp as No. 1 option. (Kent Somers)

• Free agent acquisition WR Jacoby Ford missed Wednesday’s OTA session due to a foot injury. (Bart Hubbach)

Patriots

• Patriots waived OL R.J. Mattes on Wednesday.

Redskins

• WR Leonard Hankerson mentioned that he still has a few more months of recovery, but expects to be back for training camp. (John Keim)

Seahawks

• Second-round pick OT Justin Britt “has a good chance to earn the starting job at right tackle,” a job. (Terry Blount)
