  • First-round pick QB Blake Bortles has impressed his offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch with his play in training camp.

“I think that one of the things you always worry about is how does a guy handle something that he’s never done before,” Fisch said, via Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com. “He’s had OTAs and minicamp and then now he’s got four weeks to figure out what is he going to do. I thought he really prepared so he came back ahead of where I thought he was going to be.

Panthers
