Browns

Jets

  • Rich Cimini reports that Jets OT Ben Ijalana suffered a sprained MCL during Friday’s preseason game.
  • According to Cimini, it’s not anticipated that Ijalana will require surgery, and the hope for now is that he’ll miss two to three weeks.

Packers

  • Packers QB Aaron Rodgers had his right wrist and forearm heavily wrapped on the sidelines after leaving Sunday’s preseason game. (Jason Wilde)
  • Packers G T.J. Lang left Sunday’s game and was being evaluated for a concussion.

Redskins

Redskins QB Robert Griffin III surprisingly returned to practice on Sunday after reports that he sustained a concussion a few days ago. (John Keim)

  • Charles Robinson confirmed with a source close to Robert Griffin III that he did, in fact, sustain  did suffer a concussion and stinger this past week.
  • Robinson adds that RGIII‘s symptoms were not severe, and the Redskins weren’t hiding him from media.

Steelers

  • Steelers C Maurkice Pouncey sustained a left ankle injury on Sunday.
  • Steelers DE Stephon Tuitt left Sunday’s preseason game with a left leg injury.
