  • According to Barry Jackson, the Dolphins remain unsure of LB Zach Vigil‘s timetable of recovery from his back injury.
  • Dolphins DBs coach Lou Anarumo said the first-team nickel corner job will largely be determined by performance this preseason.
  • Jackson mentions that Bobby McCain and Michael Thomas are competing for the nickel role, while Thomas is also pushing Isa Abdul-Quddus at safety.
