Stephon Gilmore

• Joe Buscaglia believes the starting point for Bills CB Stephon Gilmore‘s next contract will be around Giants CB Janoris Jenkins‘ five-year, $62.5 million deal with $28 million guaranteed.

Colts

Colts’ second-year player Earl Okine said he has taken a lot of reps at outside linebacker this offseason after playing as a defensive end last year.

“I’m not sure if it’s an official move, but I’ve been taking a lot of reps at (OLB),” Okine said, via George Bremer of the Herald Bulletin. “And I think I’ll excel at it.”

Panthers

• New Redskins LB/S Su’a Cravens said Washington “didn’t even look my way” leading into the 2016 NFL Draft. (Alex Marvez)

• According to Jason Wolf of The Tennessean, the Titans have hired longtime Panthers scout Ryan Cowden as the team’s new director of player personnel.
