NFL Notes: Draft, Eagles, Giants, & Packers

Draft

• ESPN’s Mel Kiper (Insider) has moved Memphis QB Paxton Lynch up to the No. 2 overall player on his 2016 Draft Board behind only OSU DE Joey Bosa.
• Kiper has just one other quarterback in his Top 25, which is Jared Goff of California at No. 10 overall.

Eagles

• Ian Rapoport reports that Eagles RB Ryan Mathews will miss Week 11’s game due to a concussion.
• Rapoport mentions that Kenjon Barner will get his first carries since the 2013 season in place of Mathews.

Giants

• ESPN’s Dan Graziano can see the Giants moving on from WR Rueben Randle.
• Beyond that, Graziano believes WR Victor Cruz is likely to be back on reduced deal with the Giants next year.

Packers

• Field Yates reports that the Packers have given rookie DL Christian Ringo a raise in his practice squad salary to $25,588 per week.
• This is the same salary as if he was on their active roster.
