While hardly surprising, opinions from NFL evaluators are mixed regarding Oklahoma’s Baker Mayfield, writes Matt Miller of B/R.

  • The Jets also ruled out LB Bruce Carter.

Panthers

Titans

  • The Tennessee Titans officially ruled out OLB Derrick Morgan (knee) for Week 14’s game. Tennessee will start Erik Walden in place of Morgan.
  • Titans CB Logan Ryan cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol on Friday and will be good to go on Sunday.
  • Tennessee will also have WR Rishard Matthews (hamstring) and TE Delanie Walker (ankle) available this weekend.
