Falcons

Giants

  • HC Tom Coughlin said that WR Victor Cruz “tried” to participate in individual drills during Wednesday’s practice, but appeared to aggravate his lingering calf injury. (Giants official site)

Redskins

  • HC Jay Gruden said he is “hopeful” that WR DeSean Jackson will return from his hamstring injury for Week 4, but is “not counting” on his availability. (Bob Grotz)

Saints

QB Drew Brees, who is recovering from a shoulder injury that he sustained in Week 2, said that he took the “majority” of reps at Wednesday’s practice, per Larry Holder.

I’ll see how the shoulder responds tomorrow and the rest of the day, but each day I’m able to do more,” said Brees, via Evan Woodbery.

We will provide more information on Brees’ availability for Week 4 as the news becomes available.

Steelers

Texans

  • HC Bill O’Brein said that RB Arian Foster (groin) will be a “game-time” decision for Sunday’s Week 4 game. (Aaron Wilson)
