Dolphins

• Armando Salguero was told by Dolphins WR DeVante Parker that he’ll be full speed at practice Wednesday after being limited all of last week.

Chargers

• Aaron Wilson reports that the Chargers signed WR Donte Foster to their practice squad.

Eagles

• Eagles HC Chip Kelly told reporters on Wednesday that Eagles QB Sam Bradford and RB Ryan Mathews remain in the concussion protocol.

Seahawks

• Seahawks signed WR/CB Douglas McNeil, who was with the team in the preseason, to their practice squad. (Adam Caplan)
