The Chiefs signed FB Anthony Sherman to a three-year contract extension last week.

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post provides the details of Sherman’s new contract.

  • Sherman’s contract is worth a total value of $6.95 million and includes $3.053 guaranteed.
  • Sherman receives a $2 million bonus and per game roster bonuses of $12,500 in 2016 and 2017.
  • His base salaries will be: $645,000 (2014), $1.25M (2015), and $1.55M (2016).
  • The contract includes an escalator clause for making the Pro Bowl or going to the playoffs.
