Jets

• Jason La Canfora continues to hear that Bills free agent RB C.J. Spiller could end up the Jets.

Raiders

Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reported last week that Raiders LB Nick Roach is still dealing with concussion-related headaches, even after he sat out the 2014 season.

“That decision is up to Nick and the medical staff. I am not going to rush him to play when mentally he’s not ready,” Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie said at the Combine.

Ravens

• The Ravens are expected to re-sign free agent S Jeromy Miles. (Baltimore Sun)

Saints

• Given the Saints’ cap issues, Jason La Canfora would “put money on” the Saints releasing LB David Hawthorne, G Ben Grubbs, and DL Brodrick Bunkley.
• Beyond that, La Canfora can see G Jahri Evans, LB Curtis Lofton and WR Marques Colston all accepting pay cuts.

Vikings

• Ben Goessling of ESPN is hearing that finding an upgrade at the safety position next to Harrison Smith is among the Vikings’ offseason priorities.
