Marc Sessler of NFL.com offers his take on the most likely landing spots for QB Josh McCown following his release from the Buccaneers.

According to Sessler, the best options for McCown are:

1. Ravens
2. Bills
3. Browns
4. Texans
5. Jets
6. Bears
7. Buccaneers

Bart Hubbach of the New York Post also mentioned that Jets as a team to keep an eye on for McCown.

Chargers

• Former Chargers C Nick Hardwick said that QB Philip Rivers had half of his meniscus removed so he could play with torn ACL in 2007. (Pro Football Talk)

• The Rams named QBs coach Frank Cignetti offensive coordinator, TEs coach Rob Boras assistant HC/offense. (Albert Breer)
