  • Browns signed fourth-round pick S Ibraheim Campbell to a four-year contract.

Patriots

  • Roger Goodell said that the NFL did not ask the Patriots suspend Jastremski and McNally and ti was the team’s decision. (Ian Rapoport)

Redskins

  • Tarik El-Bashir reports that Redskins OLB Ryan Kerrigan is going to be sidelined for a brief period of time after undergiong a knee scope.
  • A source tells Bashir that the injury likely is not serious and Kerrigan won’t miss too much time this offseason.
