Trent Cole

Colts free agent OLB Trent Cole mentioned during an interview with Sirius XM NFL Radio that he has “unfinished business” to attend to including a Super Bowl title and reaching 100 career sacks.

“My body isn’t telling me to quit yet,” Cole said, via Sirius XM NFL Radio. “I have unfinished business…Winning the Super Bowl and getting to 100 sacks.”

While Cole would like to continue his career, he made it clear that he has no intention of playing for the veteran minimum.

The game is hard on the body and I have a price in my head that I will not play for, I will retire,” Cole said, via Sirius XM NFL Radio. “That’s the bottom line.

Cole later tweeted that retirement isn’t an option for him:
