Veteran Combine

• Mark Maske reports that DE/OLB Michael Sam, RB Felix Jones, RB Michael Bush, RB Mikel LeShoure, DE Adam Carriker, and QB Mike Kafka are on list of players scheduled for participate in the veteran combine.

Bears

• Ian Rapoport spoke with as many quarterback-needy teams as he could to see if the Bears tried to trade QB Jay Cutler. However, no one said Chicago had made him available for trade.
• HC John Fox confirmed that Lamarr Houston will play outside linebacker in their new 3-4 defense. (Brad Biggs)

Chiefs

• Ryan O-Halloran reports that the Chiefs were one of the teams pushing to sign free agent DT Jared Odrick before he reached an agreement with the Jaguars.

Colts

• Ryan O-Halloran reports that the Colts were one of the teams pushing to sign free agent DT Jared Odrick before he reached an agreement with the Jaguars.

Titans

• Terry McCormick reports that the Titans are still working to re-sign K Ryan Succop.

Vikings

• Chris Tomasson reports that free agent LB Andrew Gachkar‘s anticipated visit with the Vikings is on hold as of right now, due to what a source referred to as “some issues right now.’‘
• The Vikings have agreed to terms with LS Cullen Loeffler.
