  6. Ravens
  7. 49ers
  8. Dolphins
  9. Buccaneers

Chiefs

  • Chiefs HC Andy Reid said RB Jamaal Charlesmay” not be ready for Week 1 of the regular season and that they are planning a running back by-committee approach in case he is unavailable.

Cowboys

Cowboys executive Stephen Jones said the possibility of signing free agent QB Austin Davis is still in play for Dallas, but the veteran is still pursuing more options.

“I think he wants to see what his options are,” Jones said, via Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News. “Obviously this is a unique situation here. We have a young guy (Dak Prescott) who everybody thinks a lot of and then we also got one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL (Tony Romo) that will be back this year to help us win and compete for a championship.

It’s a unique situation when a quarterback takes a look at it and tries to figure out where he’s going to fit. I’m sure that’s what Austin looked at and he’s trying to figure out if there might be a better place for him. We certainly can understand that and we’ll just go from there.”

Seahawks

  • Aaron Wilson reports that the Seahawks are working out free agent LS John DePalma.
