Bills

• OLB Mario Williams underwent offseason hip surgery. (Joe Buscaglia)

• WR Robert Woods underwent offseason ankle surgery. (Mike Rodak)
• TE Scott Chandler underwent offseason knee surgery. (Mark Gaughan)
• Bills second-round pick OT Cyrus Kouandjio has been splitting first-team reps at right tackle with Erik Pears. (Joe Buscaglia)

Browns

• Rookie QB Johnny Manziel took second-team reps during Wednesday’s OTA session. (Tony Grossi)

Falcons

• The Falcons lined up in a 3-4 base defense on Wednesday. (Vaughn McClure)
• First-round pick OT Jake Matthews looked “more like a veteran next to the other four offensive linemen.” (Vaughn McClure)
• TE Levine Toilolo saw limited reps due to an undisclosed injury, but Bear Pascoe and Mickey Shuler lined up in two-tight end sets. (Vaughn McClure)
• Rookie Prince Shembo spent most of Wednesday working at inside linebacker. (Vaughn McClure)

Giants

• QB Eli Manning “put in a full day” and took first-team snaps. (Dan Graziano)
• RB David Wilson participated in Giants OTAs Wednesday.
• The Giants first-team offensive line on Wednesday was James Brewer (LT), Geoff Schwartz (LG), J.D. Walton (C), Chris Snee (RG) and Justin Pugh (RT). (Dan Graziano)

• HC Rex Ryan confirmed that Geno Smith and Michael Vick are competing for the quarterback job.
• Geno Smith took the first rep during Wednesday’s OTA session. (Rich Cimini)
