NFL Rumors: 49ers, Dolphins, Eagles, Raiders, & Texans

49ers

• Matt Barrows reports that the 49ers are among the teams showing interest in free agent RB Doug Martin.

Dolphins

• Armando Salguero reports that while free agent DE Mario Williams is reportedly looking for $10 million per year in his next deal, if/when he finalizes deal with Dolphins, it’ll be more closer to $7.5 – $8 million annually.

Eagles

• Les Bowen believes the Eagles are much more likely to re-sign CB Nolan Carroll now that they’ve traded Byron Maxwell to the Dolphins.
• Bowen adds that contract talks between the two parties are expected to continue in the coming days.

Raiders

• Peter Schrager reports that Raiders LT Donald Penn likely won’t be back in Oakland next year now that they’ve reached an agreement with Kelechi Osemele.
• Schrager mentions that Osemele can handle both guard and left tackle.

Texans

• Aaron Wilson reports that the Texans have “strong interest” in free agent RB Lamar Miller.
• However, Wilson adds that it remains to be seen if this will develop into a deal.
