The Palm Beach Post is reporting that the Miami Dolphins are prepared to use newly drafted RB Daniel Thomas as their “featured running back” for next season.
Thomas is a tough running back that should be able to step in and produce for them right away. Miami has already mentioned that they would be interested in retaining one of Ronnie Brown or Ricky Williams but other have suggested that Darren Sproles remains a possibility.
You can bet that there will be plenty of rumors surrounding the Dolphins #2 RB spot in the coming weeks.
