- Tony Pauline of WalterFootball reports that Mississippi State WR Da’Runnya Wilson met with the 49ers on Thursday.
- Mississippi State LB Beniquez Brown met with the 49ers on Wednesday and spoke with the Dolphins on Thursday.
- Sources have told Pauline that Mississippi State DT Chris Jones is “looking like a first-rounder” after his workout.
- However, MSU QB Dak Prescott reportedly had an up-and-down day.
Dolphins
- James Walker of ESPN writes that the Dolphins’ options at running back are looking pretty thin.
- Miami is meeting with RFAÂ C.J. Anderson today and is expected to sign him to an offer sheet. However, the Broncos could still match their offer.
- Walker considers Alfred Morris and Ronnie Hillman to be among their best available free agent options.
- Altough, Walker seems to think the Dolphins best option would be to draft a running back such as Ohio State’s Ezekiel Elliott or Alabama’s Derrick Henry.
Eagles
- Eagles HC Doug Pederson announced Thursday that QB Sam Bradford is their No. 1 quarterback with Chase Daniel operating as their backup. (Albert Breer)

- Interestingly enough, Pederson said he wasn’t going to prevent RB DeMarco Murray from moving on: “I wasn’t going to stand in Murray’s way of stopping him to go elsewhere and play.” (Eliot Shorr-Parks)

- Malik Jackson tells Alex Marvez that the Jaguars showed more interest in him “than any other team” in free agency.
Packers
- Weston Hodkiewicz reports that the Packers are still interested in re-signing RBÂ James Starks, who is visiting with the Patriots.
