A league source confirmed to ESPN’s Ed Werder that Josh McDaniels has traveled to St Louis to meet with Steve Spagnuolo regarding the Rams offensive coordinator position. ESPN’s John Clayton has already said that McDaniels becoming the teams new offensive coordinator is a “no brainer.”
The Vikings have also been suggested as another option for McDaniels but Sam Bradford is likely to give the Rams a better chance than Minnesota current quarterback options.
McDaniels has had plenty of success getting less talented quarterbacks to be productive in years past i.e. Kyle Orton and Matt Cassel.
