Following Sunday’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys, Redskins wide-receiver Santana Moss expressed his frustration with losing.
“I’m just getting tired of it,” Moss said. “Everybody play for their own perspective and their own reason, but I put too much in it and it means too much.”
TBD.com’s Mike Jones asked Moss if he would be willing to return to the Redskins next season.
“Naw. No,” Moss replied. “Like I said I can only control what I can control and that’s play football. I want to play football. So if the team wants me here, I want to be here. I don’t go out looking. My mind isn’t on that anyway. My mind is on playing ball.”
Moss will be an unrestricted free agent at the end of the year. Despite being 31 Moss has been able to put together a fairly productive season in spite of the teams offensive struggles this season which should help his chances of securing a solid contract.
