Ohio State CB Gareon Conley Visiting Jaguars On Monday, Jets On Tuesday

Update:

Ian Rapoport reports that the Jaguars are bringing in Ohio State CB Gareon Conley for a visit on Monday and then he will meet with the Jets on Tuesday.

Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News reports that Ohio State CB Gareon Conley will visit with the Jets on Monday.

According to Mehta, the Jets would like to trade down from the No. 6 overall pick, which could leave them in position to take someone like Conley.

Ian Rapoport recently reported that many scouts view Marshon Lattimore and Gareon Conley as prospects “1 and 1a” at the cornerback position.

Conley has been a bit of a rising in recent weeks, as some feel he could come off the board in the first half of round one.

During his college career at Ohio State, Conley recorded 91 tackles, a half sack, six interceptions, and 15 pass defenses over the course of 35 games.

We have him being selected by the Eagles in the First Round of our 2017 NFL Mock Draft.
