Oklahoma WR Marquise Brown Won’t Participate In Combine Following LisFranc Surgery

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Oklahoma WR Marquise Brown underwent surgery for a LisFranc injury last month and will not participate in the Scouting Combine and his Pro Day.

The good news for Brown is that he’s still expected to be ready for the start of training camp this summer.

Brown is considered to be one of the top receiver prospects in this year’s draft class and has drawn comparisons to John Brown for his speed.

During his college career at Oklahoma, Brown caught 132 passes for 2,413 yards receiving and 17 touchdowns over the course of two seasons and 25 games.
