Packers & FB John Kuhn Have “Mutual Interest” In A Deal

According to PackersReport.com, there is mutual interest between the Packers and FB John Kuhn.

However, re-signing Kuhn currently isn’t a priority for the Packers, who have other notable free agents to address in the coming days.

Kuhn, 33, has spent nine of his 10 years in the NFL with the Packers and has been playing out the past few years on one-year contracts.

Green Bay did use a draft pick on FB Aaron Ripkowski last year, which seemed to indicate that Kuhn’s time with the Packers was likely coming to an end. However, it appears as though there’s at least a shot he’ll be back with them in 2016.

In 2015, Kuhn appeared in all 16 games and ran for 28 yards on nine carries (3.1 YPC) to go along with six receptions for 56 yards receiving and two total touchdowns. .
