Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the Green Bay Packers have re-signed G Josh Sitton to a six-year deal. As of now the specifics are unknown but we’ll updated them as soon as they’re available.
Sitton, 26, has quickly become one of the leagues best blockers in only a few seasons with the Packers. Ndamukong Suh asid that Sitton was the best lineman he faced during his rookie season which is really saying something considering how dominate Suh has been. Locking him up ensures that Aaron Rodgers will have a decent offensive line moving forward.
We had Sitton listed as the No. 11 best available player in our Top 50 Free Agents list.
