Packers Place OL Byron Bell On IR, Sign G Nico Siragusa Off Ravens’ PS

The Green Bay Packers announced Wednesday that they’ve placed OL Byron Bell on injured reserve and signed G Nico Siragusa off of the Ravens’ practice squad.

Bell, 29, originally signed on with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent out of New Mexico back in 2011. He played out his rookie contract with the Panthers before signing a one-year, $2.25 million contract with the Titans back in 2016 that included $650,000 guaranteed.

Bell, unfortunately, missed the entire 2016 season after he sustained a dislocated ankle last summer and was subsequently placed on injured reserve. The Cowboys signed Bell to a contract last March.

The Packers signed Bell to a contract this past May.

In 2018, Bell appeared in 12 games for the Packers.
