Packers To Re-Sign OT Don Barclay

Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the Packers are re-signing OT Don Barclay to a contract before the start of offseason workouts on Monday.

  • A source told Silverstein that Barclay had returned to Green Bay and was given an indication by the team that he was going to be re-signed.

Barclay, 26, wound up signing on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia back in 2012. He’s managed to make the 53-man roster in each of his first four years in the NFL.

In 2015, Barclay was active for all 16 games for the Packers and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 76 offensive tackle out of 77 qualifying players.
