Packers & Saints Among Teams To Inquire About C Cody Wallace

Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports that the Packers and Saints are among the teams to inquire about free agent C Cody Wallace.

Fowler explains that Wallace is still rehabbing his knee injury.

Wallace, 32, is a former fourth-round pick of the 49ers back in 2008. He lasted just a few years in San Francisco before he was waived at the start of the 2010 season.

Wallace bounced around with a number of teams including the Lions, Jets, Texans and Buccaneers before eventually signing on with the Steelers in 2013. Wallace played out the final year of the three years extension he signed with the team back in 2014.

In 2015, Wallace appeared in all 16 games for the Steelers, but he, unfortunately, missed the entire 2016 season due to the knee injury.
