The Green Bay Packers officially signed G Justin McCray to a contract on Wednesday.
The Packers clearly need to add some help at guard now that they lost long-time starter T.J. Lang to the Lions. However, McCray has yet to appear in an NFL game, so it’s likely he’ll be competing for a roster spot this summer.
McCray, 24, originally signed on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of UCF back in May of 2014. He was waived at the start of his rookie season and spend the entire year on Tennessee’s practice squad before returning to the team on a future/reserve contract.
McCray was unfortunately waived at the start of the 2015 season.
