Packers Tried Out 4 Players

According to Rob Demosvky, the Green Bay Packers worked out four free agents on Tuesday including RB Joel BouagnonOT Stephen Evans, OT Storm Norton and OT Andrew Wylie.

Bouagnon, 22, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of Northern Illinois back in May. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract but was waived with an injury designation and reverted to the team’s IR.

Chicago decided to release him with an injury settlement back in August.

During his college career, Bouagnon rushed for 2,912 yards on 600 carries (4.9 YPC) to go along with 44 receptions for 368 yards receiving and 34 total touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 43 games.
