Winslow, 33, is a former first-round pick of the Browns back in 2004. He spent four years in Cleveland before joining the Buccaneers in 2009. Since then, he’s played for the Seahawks, Patriots and Jets.

In 2015, In 2013, Winslow appeared in 12 games and recorded 31 receptions for 388 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
