Seahawks Hosting G Amini Silatolu For A Visit

Adam Caplan reports the Seahawks are hosting free agent G Amini Silatolu for a visit on Tuesday.

This is the second reported visit for Silatolu after he met with the Cardinals this past weekend. However, he left Arizona without a contract.

His 2015 season was cut short after he suffered a torn left ACL in November and was subsequently placed on season-ending injured reserve.

Silatolu, 27, is a former second-round pick of the Panthers back in 2012. He played out his rookie contract with the team and is now among the best available interior offensive lineman in this year’s free agent class.

In 2015, Silatolu appeared in nine games for the Panthers and played a total of 246 snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.

We have him featured in our Best Available Free Agents list.
